I understand that the “Vendor” disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose and non-infringement, with regard to any “Novelty Product(s)” ordered. I understand that by ordering any "Novelty Product(s)", I am automatically accepting these terms and conditions and that I will not hold the site operator(s), owner(s) or agent(s) liable for any harm whatsoever, that may be caused either directly or indirectly by any "Novelty Product(s) ordered from this website. I fully acknowledge that images displayed on the Vendor's website and in any electronic mail communication(s) are samples only and that the actual product I receive may differ from any samples shown to me. I attest and declare that I am of legal age of majority and that I have checked the laws of my city, state/province and country and that I am not prohibited by any laws or statutes to possess any type of Novelty Documents for "Novelty And Entertainment Purposes Only." I hereby release the "Vendor" and all persons associated with the sale of any "Novelty Product(s) offered on this website from any liability that may arise from my purchasing and/or owning the "Novelty Product(s)". I fully acknowledge that due to legal reasons, the educational information I submit, including but not limited to, the institution name, geographical location, curriculum, course name(s) and/or the degree/certification is/are subject to modification at the discretion of the "Vendor" and I fully authorize this action without protest. I agree that I will not use, nor will I allow any other party/person(s) to view or use the "Novelty Product(s)" that I purchase/receive from this "Vendor" in any forum, including but not limited to any type of media, legal or government related presentation, publication, report, evidence, production or exhibit. I solemnly swear and attest that I am not, nor am I affiliated in any capacity with any type of local, state or federal/national agency, including but not limited to, any type of attorney or law enforcement entity/agency. I also attest that I am not legal counsel in any capacity nor am I a private individual, city, state/provincial or federal/national government employee or elected official of any country who is purchasing "Novelty Product(s)" from the "Vendor" for use in any type of investigation and/or legal action/prosecution against the "vendor" (including but not limited to the site operator(s), owner(s) or it's agent(s) or entities). I fully acknowledge that since the "Vendor" makes items that have a specific customer's name printed on them, that all sales are final (no returns or refunds). I fully acknowledge that any information that I fail to provide to the "Vendor" will automatically be provided at the "Vendor's" discretion. I agree that the "Vendor" is not responsible for refund or replacement of any shipment nor any compensation of any kind due to delivery delays, loss, seizure or damage of any kind that may occur during shipping transport to me, nor shall they be liable for any compensation due to any inconvenience that may arise in relation to any item(s) purchased from their website. I claim complete and sole responsibility for any/all legal costs for legal representation required to represent the "Vendor" should I not abide by any/all terms of this agreement. I fully acknowledge that the "Vendor" does not make exact reproductions nor reproduce owned signatures or insignias and that the item(s) I receive will bear a Novelty Item indicator. I fully acknowledge that these written terms and conditions shall prevail over any other form of communication(s) I may have with the "Vendor", including but not limited to, electronic mail or voice telecommunications. I believe all of the aforementioned information to be true and correct and that any incorrect information shall be adopted as my own responsibility. By ordering any "Novelty Product(s)" from the "Vendor" and placing my signature on the appropriate line below, I signify that I have read, understand, and agree to the complete terms and conditions of this agreement in it's entirety and waive any/all possible right of recourse for any/all possible reason(s). I fully and willingly waive all rights to any trial by court or jury as a means of resolving any possible dispute in relation to any product(s) ordered from the "Vendor". Under penalties of perjury, fraud and fines, I do solemnly swear and attest to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions of sale.
